A few months ago we implemented a program for all of our patients reminder calls and reminder text. If we have your email address or your cell phone number on file you should be getting our reminder calls/text.
When you receive a email or a text if you can simply press Confirm on the email or reply with a “C” by text that will confirm your appointment.
If you do not confirm your appointment the system will prompt us to call you for your reminder!
